How do people get through a day on this ship sober when it's constantly trying to phase people out into space?

Being sober helps keep this ship afloat. Doesn't help handle the giant felota of a situation, though.

All right, so maybe it's not the ship and it's this anomaly thing. But yes. Happened a few days ago and I'm still not quite over it.

Feels like the same for someone who's new to spaceships.

How did you manage not to end up dead in vacuum? If you don't mind me asking.

The Danae isn't like any space ship I've ever been on, to be fair. It's luxurious in comparison.

I tethered myself with my magic, as it happens. Otherwise, I'd be quite cold right about now.

[ Turns out that the vacuum of space has a lot of nice shadows to assist with that, but she'd rather not test out "can I save myself by going into the plane of shadow in space?" just yet. ]

I'm not familiar with this man. Possibly? My magic has to do with using shadows.

[ Normally, she wouldn't explain because she'd be instantly shunned for even implying being a Magus. But Cash said that people didn't have the same stick up their asses here about magic. So she'll take a chance. ]

I didn't break anything that I'm aware of. That would require being able to touch things, I think.

Small blessings. No offense - I just worry about the ship's integrity with everyone going on.

That last part was heavy on my mind that day, yes. I didn't want to test how effective my magic was in space with so little warning.

I am. Lived and worked on space stations and ships my entire life.

Believe me, I've had my fair share of contact with uncomfortable workplace accidents of a similar nature.

Free air and water is an advantage of planetary atmosphere. Could do without the crushing gravity though.

Gravity used to be pretty useful for me. I take it the artificial gravity on the ship is nicer for you?
